1. Subdivision 1 of Division IV.2 of Chapter I of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) applies to industrial establishments that manufacture pulp intended for sale or a paper product within the meaning of section 1 of the Regulation respecting pulp and paper mills (chapter Q-2, r. 27).
